The experience includes:

- Theoretical instruction
- Practical instruction at a shallow depth

- 1 Immersion at maximum 10mts - 45-50 minutes approx.
Development:
- 👋For approximately two and a half hours, you will receive basic preparation in shallow water before the dive, using high quality equipment to ensure your comfort and safety.
- 👉It is important to keep in mind some restrictions,
- 👌No flying the same day of the dive and no serious health problems (respiratory, pulmonary, heart).
- 👧🧑This adventure is accessible for people from 10 years old, accompanied by an adult.
Recommendations:
- Not to have respiratory problems.
- No pulmonary problems, emphysema, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, collapsed lung.
- No heart problems, heart surgeries or blood vessel surgeries.
- No hearing problems, surgeries, congestion.
- A positive answer to a question does not necessarily disqualify you from diving. A positive answer means that there is a condition that may affect your safety while diving, you should seek the opinion of a physician.
- Women should not be pregnant.
- Do not travel by plane during the following 12 hours of the dive.
